Red Cross Helpline
Do you need a listening ear, advice or extra help because you are in quarantine or home isolation? Then you can contact the Red Cross Helpline on 070-4455888 . This number can be reached from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

The Listening Line
Do you want to talk? For a listening ear or a good conversation, there is the Listening Line. You can call them day and night for an anonymous and confidential conversation on national number 088-0767000 or locally (Eindhoven) 040-212 55 66 . You can also chat or email. The Children's Phone
Are you under 18 and would you like to talk to someone because you may be afraid or sad or because something else is going on? You can call the Kindertelefoon every day on telephone number 0800 - 0432 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can also chat with someone or view the forum, post something on it or comment on others. MIND Correlation
MIND Correlation is ready for help with psychological and social problems. This organization works with professional care providers, such as social workers, psychologists and pedagogues. These care providers can be reached from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 on telephone number 0900-1450. There is also the possibility to chat (Mon to Fri from 09:00-20:30), send an email or via Whatsapp (06-13863803) from Mon to Fri from 09:00-17:30. KBO-PCOB Elderly Infoline
This special telephone service is for the elderly who are concerned about the risks of the corona virus and have questions about it. You can also ask for advice on wisdom during this period, for example about your activities as a volunteer. The telephone service is also intended for people who need to speak to someone because they feel lonely now that many activities have come to a standstill.
The Elderly Info Line can be reached from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 030-3400600 .

You can also be assisted in another language by volunteers who themselves have a Caribbean, Chinese, Italian, Moroccan, Moluccan, Spanish, Surinamese or Turkish background. Telephone corona helpdesk for newcomers in the Netherlands
Trained volunteers speak to people in Arabic or Tigrinya. The purpose of the helpdesk is to better inform and protect newcomers against the corona virus. The helpdesk is an initiative of the Corona Action Committee for Status Holders (CAS) and focuses on status holders with questions about their health and the crisis measures: there is often uncertainty among status holders about the work situation, the accessibility of government agencies such as the social service, IND and COA, but also homeschooling for children raises a lot of uncertainty. The Corona Helpdesk Status Holders answers these questions by telephone. In case of complex questions, there are second-line specialists who offer guidance.
